Strategic Plan 2024–2028

Bring every actor under one cooperative roof.

The NUTOFA Mechanization Hub model coordinates tractors, operators, mechanics, spares, training, finance, inputs and post-harvest handling — together at one place, accessible to every member.

The plan

Four regional hubs. Twelve satellite sub-hubs.

One Mechanization Hub in each of the four sub-regions — Acholi (Gulu), Lango (Lira), Karamoja (Moroto), West Nile (Arua) — serving a 100 km radius.

Each regional hub feeds twelve satellite sub-hubs at high-demand sub-counties, each within 15 km of the farmer. The hubs are not branches; they are convening places — where finance meets iron, training meets the field, and demand finds its operator.
