1. The publisher
NUTOFA SACCO Limited operates this website. The cooperative is registered in Uganda under C/S No. 12109/RCS, TIN 1056298042. Head Office: Plot 1/3 Bank Lane, Gulu City. The cooperative\'s governing document is the Constitution adopted in September 2018 (revised December 2023).
2. Indicative content
Rates, terms, member benefits and pipeline figures published on this website are indicative and subject to AGM review. The authoritative documents are: the Constitution; the Operational Procedures and Policies; the Financial Management Manual; and the Strategic Plan for Agricultural Mechanization 2024–2028. All four are available from the secretariat.
3. Membership relationship
Becoming a member of NUTOFA SACCO creates a binding cooperative relationship governed by the Constitution. The membership card, passbook and signed application form are the legally operative documents. Browsing this website does not, by itself, create membership.
4. No investment advice
Content on the Invest page is descriptive, not a solicitation. Placement decisions are made by the Investment Committee after a formal review and the signing of placement-specific terms.
5. Third-party links
This site links to partner and government websites. NUTOFA SACCO is not responsible for the content of external sites.
6. Photographs
Photographs on this site are NUTOFA\'s own archive — staff, members, equipment, AGM and marathon events — published with the consent of those depicted. Members or photographers who wish to remove a specific image may write to nutofasacco@gmail.com.
7. Governing law
This website and the cooperative are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes that cannot be resolved by the Management Committee will be referred to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The latest version is the one published on this page. Material changes are announced at the AGM.
