   Tractor Owner, Operator, Mechanic, Hiring Agent, Booking Agent, Farmer or Corporate. See the membership page for what fits.

2. 02

   Gather documents

   Photocopy of your National ID or passport, two recent passport photos.

3. 03

   Visit or WhatsApp the office

   Plot 1/3 Bank Lane, Gulu City — or WhatsApp the secretariat on +256 772 793 198.

4. 04

   Pay membership fee

   UGX 20,000 entry fee. Receive your member number and passbook.

5. 05

   Open savings + welfare

   First monthly savings (UGX 20,000 Ordinary / UGX 100,000 Corporate) + UGX 5,000 welfare contribution.

6. 06

   You're a member

   Attend your first AGM and book your first service. Operators and owners join the dispatch roster.
