Work with the cooperative that the work works for.

Operators are added to the SACCO dispatch roster. Bookings made through the hub are routed to nearest-available operators. Refresher training is provided on a defined cycle.

• ▸ Trained on at least one tractor make (CASE-IH, Massey Ferguson, John Deere, Sonalika)
• ▸ Union-registered, with at least 6 months of supervised hours
• ▸ Willing to work in any of the four sub-regions when dispatched
• ▸ Comfortable with field-level record keeping

Mechanics are dispatched against tractor failures across the four sub-regions. The cooperative also runs a workshop retainer for major overhauls. Bulk-spares discounts available through partner dealers.

• ▸ Full personal toolkit (or willingness to acquire under SACCO scheme)
• ▸ Completed mechanic orientation programme (or willing to enrol)
• ▸ Comfortable with both workshop and field call-out work
• ▸ Familiar with hydraulic and PTO troubleshooting

Supports the Investment Committee and the Manager. Member-portfolio analysis, hub financial modelling, investor reporting, AGM packs.

• ▸ Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• ▸ Familiarity with cooperative finance and SACCO regulation
• ▸ Excel / financial-modelling fluency
• ▸ Willing to travel across sub-regions for AGM and hub-launch events

Recruits new members in your sub-region, registers them on the cooperative system, and brings them to their first AGM.

• ▸ Strong network in the relevant sub-region
• ▸ Comfortable speaking at farmer-group meetings
• ▸ Familiar with VSLA / cooperative methodology
• ▸ Smartphone-literate for member registration

Sub-region staff postings open as each regional hub launches. Lakang, Patiko, Nwoya already have officers in post. Lira / Moroto / Arua to follow.
